As I’m writing this, the bottom just dropped out of the economy and the whole world went topsy turvy…as we speak the Dow dropped 449.36 points to a three year low…just another day for The Culture Market.

As it is, this site is about being topical in how big business connects with the culture at large.  This isn’t a green site per say, or the latest site containing Britney Spears pictures…and I’m not going to post pictures of Alan Greenspan either…though maybe a few quotes.  The purpose of this site is to see how Apple gets people excited about cell phones or GM gets people excited about the environment or Google decided to buy out Microsoft.  We’re trying to stay a little ahead of the trends, and see how they all pan out.  So basically we’re guessing a little…but not without some foundation.  It should be fun.
