Nintendo: World Championships Gold

You have to wonder where one draws the line between consumer culture and wanton eccentricity. In an Ebay auction that seems more like a Picasso gallery note than a real life occurrence, a man paid $17,500 for a limited edition video game. The game, manufactured for Nintendo gaming competition featured three short segments from Super Mario Bros, Tetris, and Rad Racer, with the added difficulty of having a 6 min and 21 sec time limit. Manufactured in 1990, only 26 were made. Kind of fun.
